Squash and Apple Bisque Recipe

This sweet crockpot soup is delicious on its own, but you can also dress it up however you like.

Ingredients
1 2 lb. butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion (1/2 C.), chopped
1 14 1/2 oz. can ready-to-serve chicken broth
2 C. apple sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. sour cream
