Slow Cooker Greek Island Chili Recipe

With kalamata olives and feta cheese, this is a delicious chili version.

Ingredients

2 Tbs. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 16 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed an drained
1 15 oz. can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 C. tomato paste
1 C. beef stock or water
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 C. Kalamata olives, chopped
1 C. Feta cheese, crumbled

Ingredients

3 lbs. of stewing beef
1 1/2 lbs. small onions (about 7)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 C. beef stock
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato paste
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper
1/2 C. all purpose flour
1/2 C. cold water
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
1/2 C. crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
