Ingredients
2 or 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
1 1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage
2 cans green beans, drained
1 small onion, quartered
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 slices
1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
1 15 oz. can great northern beans
2 14 oz. cans beef broth

1/2 lb. Italian pork sausage
1 C. sliced carrots
1 large baking potato, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes 1 clove garlic
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans beef broth
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans
1 (14 1/2 oz) can pasta style chunky tomatoes, un-drained 1 1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp. dried italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
1 C. zucchini-julienne cut
Grated fresh parmesan cheese
