4 Lamb Shoulder Blade Chops
4 C. Tomato Sauce
2 tsp. Garlic
2 tsp. Fresh Ginger
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Coriander
1 tsp. Parsley
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Red Pepper
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
