Crab Soup Recipe

This recipe is great as an appetizer served with crackers or french bread, or as a side dish along with a meal, or just soup and salad. Freezes well for later use.

Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cans evaporated milk
1 lb. crab meat (crab claw meat best flavor)
1 bunch scallions, diced
salt and pepper to taste
cajun seasoning for spicier taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a large crockpot and mix well. Turn on high for 1 hour, then low for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
