Crockpot Potato Soup Recipe

An easy, inexpensive soup to throw together. You’ll probably have all the ingredients around your house anyway.

Ingredients

6 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 chopped onions
1 carrot, sliced thin
1 stalk celery, sliced thin
1 Tbs. parsley flakes
1 Tbs. salt
Pepper to taste
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
5 C. water

Directions

Put all ingredients except milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Last hour stir in milk.
