Easy Crockpot Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

5 potatoes, cut up in pieces
2 carrots, cut up in pieces
1 onion, diced
1 can canned milk
3-4 Tbs. margarine
celery salt to taste
Morton’s salt to taste
American cheese (or desired cheese, optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients (except the milk, margarine and cheeses) together in the crockpot. Let cook for 4.5 hours. Add milk, margarine and cheeses. Let cook for 30 more minutes.
