Cabbage Roll Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. ground round
3-1/2 C. water
2 C. green cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 C. carrot, sliced
1/2 C. celery, sliced
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 (10-1/2 oz.) cans beef consommé, undiluted
2 (14-1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 C. converted rice, uncooked
