Under crockpot soup+ dumplings
With lean pieces of steak, this soup is simple to make in the crockpot.

Ingredients
1 lb. lean steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 package onion soup mix
6 C. hot water
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 stalk finely chopped celery
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1 C. buttermilk baking mix
6 Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. finely chopped parsley
