Ingredients
1/2 lb. stew meat
32 oz. sauerkraut
32 oz. tomatoes with hot peppers
1 med. onion
1 lb. fresh or frozen okra
black pepper to taste
salt to taste (sauerkraut has salt so be careful)
hot pepper sauce to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
oregano to taste
