1 (15oz.) can chili with beans
1 (6oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 C. minced green pepper
1/4 C. minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
